You can start using the core features of any of our apps without creating an account or signing up. When an app asks for a permission — such as camera, photos, or notifications — allow it so the related feature can work. Permissions can be changed at any time in the iOS Settings app under the app's name.
Some apps offer an optional Premium subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple ID, and (where offered) a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
How do I cancel my trial or subscription?
How do I change my plan?
How do I restore a purchase?
In the app, open the paywall or Settings screen and tap Restore Purchases, using the same Apple ID you bought with. Subscriptions follow your Apple ID, so they carry across your devices.
Because purchases are handled by Apple, billing, invoices, and refunds are managed through the App Store.
Some apps include AI-assisted features that consume enhancement credits. Your available credits are shown inside the app, and these features may require an active subscription. If an AI request does not complete, no credit is charged.
Our apps are built privacy-first — no ads, no third-party tracking, no analytics SDKs. Your content stays on your device whenever possible. For full details, see the Privacy Policy. You can request access to or deletion of any personal data by emailing us.
I subscribed but Premium is not active.
Make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, then tap Restore Purchases in the app. If it still does not unlock, email us.
A permission-based feature is not working.
Check that the app has the permission it needs: iOS Settings → the app's name → enable the relevant permission (Camera, Photos, Notifications, etc.).
How do I delete my data?
Deleting an app removes its locally stored data from your device. For any data held for support purposes, email hello@rrlatypov.com to request deletion.
