This document (the "Privacy Policy" or "Policy") outlines the terms governing the collection and use of personal information from users (referred to as "you" or "User") by Rafael Latypov ("Provider") during the download, installation, and use of the mobile applications (the "Mobile Application") and the website rrlatypov.com.
By downloading, installing, and using the Mobile Application or the website, you voluntarily provide consent for the processing of your Personal Information as specified in this Policy.
1.1. This Policy is an integral part of the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Mobile Application. By using the Mobile Application or website, you accept the terms outlined here.
1.2. Methods of processing Personal Information may include collection, recording, storage, updating, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction, with or without automated facilities.
1.3. Terms from the EULA and other agreements with the User apply unless explicitly stated otherwise here.
2.1. When using the Mobile Application, the User does not actively provide personal information. The Provider does not collect or store data that enables direct User identification.
2.2. Personal Information, where applicable, includes the User's email address provided voluntarily for support requests or product feedback.
2.3. User-generated content (e.g., photos, text, or other items you create) is stored locally on the User's device and is not transmitted to the Provider's servers unless explicitly required for a feature the User chooses to enable.
2.4. If you add a city for weather features, the city name and coordinates are used only to show weather in the planner. They are stored on your device and may sync through Apple's iCloud key-value storage so the city can be restored after reinstall. The Provider does not store your weather city on the Provider's servers.
Some features (automatic clothing recognition, photo enhancement, outfit generation, and the style assistant) require processing that cannot run on your device alone. When you use these features, the relevant photos, item details, and messages are sent over an encrypted connection to the Provider's backend (hosted on Supabase) and to the AI provider(s) powering the feature.
If you choose to add a weather city, the app sends the selected city's coordinates to Apple WeatherKit to request forecast data. Weather data is used only to show outfit weather in the planner. It is not used for advertising, cross-app tracking, or profiling. You can change or stop using the weather city feature in the app.
The Mobile Application does not integrate third-party advertising networks and does not use cross-app tracking (no ATT/IDFA).
We use Amplitude to collect anonymous usage analytics (screens viewed, subscription funnel events) under a random identifier not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID, used solely to improve the app. If you install the app through an Apple Search Ads campaign, Apple provides anonymous, aggregate attribution data (campaign identifiers only). Payment processing is handled by Apple's App Store under Apple's privacy policy. Weather forecasts are provided by Apple WeatherKit when you choose to add a weather city.
Where third-party services are used (for example, payment processing through Apple's App Store), the collection and use of data are governed by the privacy policies of those third parties.
The Provider does not intentionally collect personal data from children under 16. If such information is inadvertently obtained, it will be promptly deleted upon discovery.
Where Personal Information is processed, it is used solely for: responding to support requests, processing voluntary feedback, and improving the Mobile Application. The Provider does not use Personal Information for targeted advertising.
The User has the right to be informed about, access, correct, restrict, object to, withdraw consent for, delete, and receive portable copies of their Personal Information. These rights can be exercised by contacting the Provider at hello@rrlatypov.com.
Personal Information will be stored only for as long as necessary or as required by applicable law. The Provider periodically reviews data and removes information no longer needed.
The Provider stores and protects Personal Information against unauthorized access using reasonable technical and organizational measures.
The Provider may transfer Personal Information to third parties only with the User's consent, when required for application functionality, or as required by law.

The Provider may amend or terminate this Policy. Users are advised to check the current version periodically. The current version date is shown at the top of this page.
